Refund Policy

At BCIT WORLD, we maintain complete transparency regarding course fee payment and refund rules. Once a student enrolls for any course, the following refund policy applies:

1. Non-Refundable Fees After Enrollment

As clearly mentioned on the admission slip, course fees once paid after enrollment are non-refundable. However, enrolled students will always be eligible to receive their certificate and marksheet after successful completion of the course.

2. Refund in Special Circumstances

In case a student has attended a few classes and needs to discontinue due to valid medical reasons or serious family issues, the student must provide:

  • A valid proof (medical certificate, hospital document, or official letter).
  • A written request letter addressed to the institute.
  • Verification call with family/guardian.

After proper verification, the institute may approve a partial refund as deemed appropriate by management.

3. Admission Without Attending Any Class

If a student has taken admission but has not attended any class and requests a refund without providing any valid and genuine reason with proof, then the refund will not be granted.

Instead, the student may transfer the admission to another person (friend/relative) who can continue the classes in their place.

4. Final Decision

All refund-related decisions will be taken only after a proper check by the management. The decision of BCIT WORLD management will be final and binding.
